A Course's Active/Inactive Status Is Able To Be Changed By Your Lms Administrator (Or Someone With A Similar Role/Permissions Within Your Brightspace Site).

Your brightspace course sites are not available to students by default as soon as they are created. Once you have your course ready in brightspace, you must make the course active for students to be able to access it. Students will see the course.
